You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Used, washed, or altered items.
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale.
📦 How to Request a Return
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number along with a clear 360° parcel opening video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened without any cuts or pauses.
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
💳 Refunds
• Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method or issued as a store credit (based on the order type).
🚚 Exchange
If you'd like a different size or another available product, we'll be happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
